New versions of products SAEAUT SNMP OPC Server Basic 3.1, Enhanced and Professional brings many improvements. All are tested for the latest operating systems, Windows 8 and Windows Server 2012. Development of "Professional" version is quickest.. Some of the major improvements in this version, however, have been already transposed into cheaper versions of "Enhanced" and "Basic". In addition, a number of significant improvements in core applications SNMP OPC products - configurator and the runtime application, we also focused on compatibility with configuration files from earlier versions since version 2.5.01. In supporting applications such as OPC UA Wrapper, Wrapper OPC XML DA and OPC Web View SAEAUT, we focused on improving the installation in order to operate smoothly under different versions of Windows operating systems and MS IIS servers. The latest version can be found as always in the download section of SNMP OPC products.

It explains also how to install and use web application SAEAUT SNMP OPC WebView allowing access to data from the OPC server via Internet / intranet.


New versions 2.13 of the products SAEAUT SNMP OPC Server Basic, Enhanced and Professional have continuity to the version 2.12 Professional certified on base of testing in OPC Foundation Labs. They bring the possibility to switch On/Off properties of OPC items by browsing and first of all provide compliance with specifications DA2.05A and DA3.0 for all data types. The version Professional contains additionally a web application SAEAUT OPC WebView. It enables displaying of standard views of OPC items in a tree structure or list in web. There is possibility to enhance it easily to an application specific visualisation.

Programmer API for some conversions is defined within OPC DA2.05A and OPC DA3.0 specifications and must be implemented in OPC servers compliant to the specifications. However, dialog boxes for configuring of conversions and recalculations may be OPC servers and OPC client specific. Because of the variety different possible conversions, it is useful to explain meaning of different settings in the dialog boxes within SAEAUT SNMP OPC Server. The application SAEAUT SNMP OPC Server version 2.10.00 brings a new very useful feature which enables to Export SNMP items to the CSV files. The CSV file is possible to create for individual devices. It means that for each device, from the configuration, is possible to store all relevant SNMP items to one CSV file. The existence of Import from CSV and Export to CSV functionality gives possibility to transfer settings of configured SNMP items between devices and even between various configurations.
