More powerful access to the MS SQL Server in OpcDbGateway

OpcDbGateway ver.3.16 has enhanced accessibility to databases using OLE DB Provider for SQL Server. Compared with access to the MS SQL servers with ODBC driver, using of OLE DB Provider is not only more powerful but more universal. It accepts an amalgam of ODBC, ANSI, and SQL Server-specific Transact-SQL as valid syntax.
