OpcDbGateway has offered a possibility to send SMS and E-mails with actual values of variables from connected devices already sooner.
This feature is enhanced now also by sending of SMS and E-mail messages from the internal alarm system in OpcDbGateway. Configuring this functionality is much easier now. It is enough to choose it by a check box within dialogbox for configuring of alarms or messages.
The sending of messages itself is provided by our application SAEAUT SMS Service which shares common process database with OpcDbGateway. The message is put by OpcDbGateway to database and SAEAUT SMS Service provides its sending to predefined group of recipients.
